Diagnostic Fee

$50 diagnostic fee, waived with any completed repair.

Hourly Rates

• Hourly rate in shop: $70/hour
• Hourly rate in field: $90/hour
• Hourly rate for business/enterprise support: $90/hour

Payment Methods

Cash, check, all major credit/debit cards.

Business & Managed IT Billing

All business customers are NET30, with payments over 45 days billable with an additional fee of 2% per 30 days.

Warranty

30-day warranty policy on new parts, purchases, and labor.

Used and refurbished items are sold as-is unless otherwise marked.
